So I tried this diet plan this week and it was very bland, but because of its structure and metabolism boosting, I felt really good at the end of each day.  I’m trying to decide if I want to continue doing it next week or move on to something else, but it’s something that’s worth a try if you’re looking for a strict diet plan.

Sorry!!!

I am so sorry to all of you, my lovely followers, because I have been so behind on posting.  A lot has been going on with school and friends that I haven’t had time to update my blog as much as I would like to.  I’ve been actively trying to get in shape once again after I took a break for a little while.  I am using the Lose It! app, which has been a huge help in the process and I am finding new and fun cardio options.  Hope things are going well on your fitness journey!  I also hope that I can start updating more often!
