I went to see Divergent today and loved it! It really inspired me to get in shape after. Here’s some information I found on Shailene’s workouts, definitely going to try some of these out!
I am so sorry to all of you, my lovely followers, because I have been so behind on posting. A lot has been going on with school and friends that I haven’t had time to update my blog as much as I would like to. I’ve been actively trying to get in shape once again after I took a break for a little while. I am using the Lose It! app, which has been a huge help in the process and I am finding new and fun cardio options. Hope things are going well on your fitness journey! I also hope that I can start updating more often!
