I went to see Divergent today and loved it! It really inspired me to get in shape after. Here’s some information I found on Shailene’s workouts, definitely going to try some of these out!
I am so sorry to all of you, my lovely followers, because I have been so behind on posting. A lot has been going on with school and friends that I haven’t had time to update my blog as much as I would like to. I’ve been actively trying to get in shape once again after I took a break for a little while. I am using the Lose It! app, which has been a huge help in the process and I am finding new and fun cardio options. Hope things are going well on your fitness journey! I also hope that I can start updating more often!

I thought long and hard about what I want to achieve in this new year. Instead of worrying about losing weight, I want to stop viewing my appearance negatively. I want to feel good about myself. Typically I have always gauged to lose so many pounds, but this year, that’s not my concern. I want to eat a little healthier and work out more, yes, but I still want to know that I am doing these things for health and not appearance reasons. That’s something I struggle with. We’ll see how it goes. I hope your new year is just grand and that that you guys accomplish a lot!
